An event marketing and real estate group that has produced over 500 events in 22 years. Most of our events have been real estate or alternative investment related. We produce strategic networking, happy hour socials, yacht socials, penthouse socials, dinner socials and conferences. The idea of our events to make connections first, help build those and then close deals from those connections.

How do our strategic events work
- We have 25 plus guests in a real estate related industry
- Each guest gets 90 seconds to introduce themselves
- Their is a rapid fire period where guests get to say what they have and what they need in business
- We rotate guests at each event so there are new people each event
- A goal is to get every guest to know what other guests do and connect with them if they are a fit
- We focus on creating partnerships within the group to get deals done
- We have a specific topic of interest to talk about
- Sponsors get 3-5 minutes to speak
- Sponsors get access to all events
