What services do I provide?
We fund businesses and real estate projects. SBA loans, Equipment Financing, Factoring (using invoices to get funding for work you have done but haven't been paid on). We fund from microloans to North of 100 Million dollars.
What type of leads am I looking for?
Four types of leads:
1) Businesses that have revenue history that can support the loan amount they are requesting.
2) Businesses that have done work (with the invoices) that they haven't paid on (minimum $20k and above for this section)
3) People looking to purchase a Business ex: Hotels, and other Businesses
4) Investors looking to Purchase Real estate for either Fix and Flip, or Fix and Rent. Businesses looking to purchase Commercial Properties. There is not any limit we fund North of $100 Million
