Shawn Byerly, CLU, CFBS
CREATIVE Real Estate Finance Strategist The primary objective with my personal clients (real estate investors and business owners) is to deeply understand them as individuals. Only then can we work together to build custom financial solutions with creativity and imagination. The result is a friendship that blossoms into a life-long trust relationship. The Privatised Banking strategy is aimed at investors with sufficient amounts of cash flow , good money habits and an open mind. Real estate investors and business owners learn a new financial alternative( or supplement) to banks that maximizes the return. Benefits include GUARANTEED FINANCING, liquidity, asset protection, tax-efficiency and understanding how bankers use money. When coaching other financial advisors in my organization, my objective is to help them fulfill their purpose and grow into the best versions of themselves. The focus starts from the inside-out through personal development and then learning a proven sales process that communicates uncommon financial knowledge in a simple format. We believe there is more opportunity to serve a client by eliminating wall street, minimizing risk, controlling cash flow, and avoiding losses rather than chasing returns. I'm also a consultant to insurance agents and financial professionals who have (family) business owner clients that need specific strategies for succession, exit, transition and estate planning. I am in the beginning phases of launching a charity that teaches kids around the world how to think like a successful entrepreneur. How to build a business asset and not to think like an employee. By changing their mindset, they can rise above poverty and raise the standard of living in their country. My down time is spent on the golf course or relaxing on the beach with a good book. I love listening to music, spending time with my family and attending Vous Church. |
